If you are using AOL 8.0 or Higher:

1.Go to "Settings" (It's in the bar at the top of the screen)
2.Click "Internet [Web] Options" (a box will appear)
3.Select the "Compress graphics only when I don't have a high speed connection" radio button
4.Uncheck the "Turn on maximum graphics compression" checkbox.

To clear the Temporary Internet files cache:

NOTE: Please close any Web pages that may be open.

1. Click START, then click CONTROL PANEL.
2. Click NETWORK AND INTERNET CONNECTIONS.

NOTE: In Windows 98/Me/2000, click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.

3. Click INTERNET OPTIONS.
4. In the Temporary Internet files section, click DELETE FILES.
5. Select 'Delete all offline content', then click OK.
6. If available, click APPLY, then click OK.
